How to use the Wringer. Here is a quick video of someone actually using the Wringer (Review on this blog here). I have seen a few negative reviews for the Wringer on Amazon. They were mainly complaining that it had actually snapped while in use. Anyway, the customer reviews are mainly positive, so it could have been a quality control issue that has now been rectified.

 

With that said, I just wanted to post a video of the Wringer in use so people thinking of buying one can see the type of forearm exercises its capable of performing. I can’t help but think when I look at some of the exercises that they can all be replicated with a simple alternartive. A rolled up towel.
